What you'll do

• Lead theoretical and computational projects on neutral-atom quantum computers
• develop atomic-physics simulations and maintainable software
• propose research directions, tools, or methods, including AI-assisted approaches
• collaborate with engineering and theory teams to model experimental results and develop hardware noise models
• mentor junior theorists and contribute to team practices
• write tested and documented code.
