The Project Manager I, Industrial Construction role is based onsite in Appleton, Wisconsin, with regular regional travel and occasional overnight travel. The project manager coordinates varied customer assignments from initial contact and site walkthrough through estimating, execution, billing, and closeout. By organizing urgent or evolving work and maintaining customer relationships, the role helps deliver repeat work and dependable project outcomes.

What you'll do

• Manage multiple industrial construction assignments, including equipment moves, machine breakdown support, foundations, millwright and ironwork scopes, facility modifications, shutdowns, and outages
• coordinate estimating, labor, materials, execution, billing, and closeout
• manage priorities and customer communication
• travel to customer and project locations, primarily within approximately three hours of Appleton
• support occasional overnight travel and work outside standard business hours.
