Experienced Caregiver – Flexible Day, Night, and Weekend Shifts

The Experienced Caregiver role is onsite in Birmingham, AL, and pays $15 per hour. Helping Hearts provides caregiving support to clients with varied care needs. Caregivers assist clients with personal care, mobility, meals, daily routines, and companionship while monitoring well-being and reporting changes. What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• provide companionship and emotional support
• support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide medication reminders and monitor well-being
• support clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and other health conditions
• promote independence and report changes in health or behavior.
