What you'll do

• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop the BDC team
• oversee incoming digital inquiries, internet leads, calls, texts, and emails
• maintain CRM workflows and accurate customer contact and follow-up records
• monitor call volumes, response times, appointment-to-show ratios, and closing rates
• collaborate with Sales and Finance Management.
