Senior Security Service Technician

What you'll do

• Service, repair, troubleshoot, and diagnose access-control equipment and IP-based video systems at commercial client sites
• identify and resolve installation issues
• repair physical security systems as needed to support operability and building-code compliance
• document service issues
• use hand and power tools and testing equipment safely
• read electrical schematics and CAD drawings
• maintain customer relationships
• provide phone and online remote diagnostic support
• drive a company-issued vehicle to client sites.
