Event Technology Manager

Job overview

What you'll do

• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource schedules
• configure Cvent for registration sites and mobile apps
• support RainFocus or Swoogo builds as needed
• serve as day-to-day client contact
• track milestones, dependencies, and risks
• maintain project documentation and status reports
• reconcile invoices and track budgets
• coordinate contractors and internal specialists.
