What you'll do

• Sweep and mop floors
• wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and food-preparation surfaces
• remove trash and clean garbage cans
• transfer supplies and equipment
• assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup
• help load, unload, and deliver supplies and products
• distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
• follow sanitation and safety requirements.
