What you'll do

• verify repair-order part numbers and coordinate parts
• diagnose problems and describe them accurately on repair orders
• prepare estimates for collision and internal repairs
• process cashier transactions when needed
• manage warranty items according to procedures
• open and finalize repair orders
• address customer complaints
• communicate delays, changes, and additional work
• sell supplementary services when appropriate
• provide courteous customer service by phone and in person.
