What you'll do

• Provide customer service
• process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and other transactions
• balance the cash drawer daily
• identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services
• follow Know Your Customer guidelines and applicable rules
• respond to customer calls and inquiries
• update customer information
• assist with safe deposit box access
• complete image capture as needed
• may balance the ATM
• assist with branch reporting.
