Weatherization Foreman

What you'll do

• Supervise and assign work to weatherization crew members
• provide general and safety training
• coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and job schedules
• complete weatherization measures to applicable specifications
• provide furnace cleaning, tune-ups, and minor repairs
• complete job reports and final inspections
• operate blower-door equipment and perform pressure diagnostics when required
• maintain tools, vehicles, warehouse, and safety equipment
• coordinate subcontractors as needed.
