Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Apply working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, locks and keys, make-ready punch lists, carpentry, landscaping, and curb appeal
• order inventory supplies
• schedule work in vacant apartments
• manage capital projects, including bids and contractor oversight
• review completed work
• and communicate with vendors and staff. The posting lists HVAC and EPA certification, Yardi experience, and at least three years of relevant experience as preferred qualifications.
