What you'll do

• Direct facility maintenance, preventive maintenance, repairs, and capital projects for buildings, grounds, and building systems
• ensure regulatory compliance
• develop and manage operating and capital budgets
• lead facility planning and energy initiatives
• oversee the Security Department and emergency preparedness
• recruit, train, and retain teams
• report on performance, budgets, compliance, and service metrics
• serve on Emergency Management and Environment of Care committees
• liaise with vendors, contractors, and regulators.
