What you'll do

• Operate and supervise excavation and installation work, including sump wells and pumps
• oversee basement waterproofing and crawl space encapsulation
• troubleshoot service calls
• prepare customer proposals, negotiate work prices, secure signatures, and collect required deposits
• supervise crews and installation standards
• oversee structural repair installations
• maintain the facility
• train and coach operations personnel
• and enforce company policies and procedures.
