The Registered Behavior Technician role is onsite in West Friendship, MD, with travel between client locations required. Pay is $25–$33 per hour. The Learning Tree ABA provides behavioral services for individuals with autism and related disorders, with work intended to improve quality of life for children and families. The technician delivers behavioral therapy and implements individualized treatment plans with BCBA and BCaBA guidance. The role contributes to client progress by collecting data, documenting sessions, and helping families and caregivers use behavioral support strategies.

What you'll do

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions, with group sessions possibly assigned
• implement individualized treatment plans with BCBAs and BCaBAs
• collect accurate data
• submit session notes
• support families and caregivers in following behavioral strategies
• maintain professional conduct and communication
• travel to and between client locations.
