What you'll do
- Lead team members during scheduled shifts

- train and coach team members
- keep the store manager informed about performance

- prepare milkshakes, sundaes, and dipped chocolates to recipe and presentation standards
- address customer complaints
- organize stock and sales areas
- prepare promotions and rotate products
- follow cash-management policies
- and uphold food-safety and workplace-safety practices.
