What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors

• respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns
• conduct regular and random patrols
• monitor access points, visitor activity, and credentials
• document incidents and daily activity
• notify site contacts or emergency responders as directed.
