What you'll do

• Review and update child and youth assessment information
• process, assess, and assign incoming DFPS/Belong referrals
• enter data into IMPACT, CareMatch, and CLASS
• coordinate with network providers and community partners
• screen and route inquiries
• maintain communication about referrals and placements
• attend trainings and meetings
• may attend court hearings and provide testimony as needed.
