What you'll do

• Own high-speed testing, including BERT, optical and electrical eye diagrams, jitter characterization, TDR, and VNA
• develop and deploy cable assembly testing with engineering teams, factories, and customers
• plan and execute EVT and DVT and publish reports
• validate product performance and firmware
• develop next-generation test systems
• select equipment and support software integration and documentation
• mentor technicians and peers
• travel to factories for installation, training, and troubleshooting
• prepare customer reports
• support design and process improvements
• diagnose failures and corrective actions.

Why this role
