What you'll do

• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes
• lead project startup and site logistics
• coordinate site plans, permits, inspections, and applicable forms
• plan construction activities
• monitor progress, costs, field conditions, and schedule impacts
• maintain daily reports and logs
• identify and resolve issues
• lead construction meetings and subcontractor coordination
• enforce safety policies and jobsite requirements.
