What you'll do

• Initiate organization changes in Workday and VantagePoint
• provide first-level employee relations support to group and department leaders
• develop job descriptions and align career planning tools
• provide general leave-of-absence guidance and connect employees and managers with the Benefits Team
• support onboarding, check-ins, pulse surveys, and exit processes
• coach managers on performance feedback
• support engagement and development programs
• maintain compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ADA accommodations
• participate in special projects or committees.
