What you'll do

• Respond to and resolve Tier II support requests at user workstations

• perform system checks and updates
• configure accounts and devices for onboarding
• document requests and resolutions in a ticketing system
• escalate complex issues
• follow IT policies and procedures.

Why this role

Requires three or more years of hands-on IT support, operating systems and productivity tools, and ticketing/documentation experience. ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM experience is required; CompTIA ITF+ or A+ certifications are preferred.
