The Armed Security Officer – Part-Time Patrol and Documentation role is onsite in San Antonio, TX, at an assigned financial institution. Pay is $16 per hour. Allied Universal provides security and facility services to customers and communities. The officer helps protect banking areas and support site operations by conducting armed patrols, monitoring access, responding to incidents, and documenting unusual conditions. The position has designated anchor shifts, with the option to claim additional shifts through the scheduling platform.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities
• respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations according to site protocols
• conduct regular and random armed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter
• monitor access points and observe activity
• report unusual conditions and document incidents
• communicate with site contacts, law enforcement, and emergency responders as needed.

Why this role

Requires an Armed Guard Card or license, high school diploma or equivalent, and age 21 or older. The designated schedule is Thursday 7:30 AM–3:00 PM, Friday 7:30 AM–3:15 PM, and Saturday 8:30 AM–1:15 PM, with a six-month commitment. Additional shifts may be claimed; paid training and a path to full-time roles are offered.
