What you'll do

• Supervise, mentor, and develop HVAC technicians and support staff
• coordinate daily service schedules and monitor timely completion and quality of service calls. Address escalated customer inquiries, manage the service department budget, track expenses and revenue, evaluate processes, support adoption of HVAC technologies and best practices, and maintain service records and regulatory compliance.
