What you'll do

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses
• create and implement treatment plans
• complete ongoing documentation, including diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
• provide client service and collaborate with the team
• use creative interventions to support client goals
• coordinate services with case managers, families, work and medical personnel, other clinic staff, and school staff as needed
• attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
