What you'll do
- Support day-to-day management of Raiser’s Edge NXT, including system optimization, data security, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination
- serve as secondary administrator
- assist with database configuration, testing, and upgrades
- maintain and validate constituent records
- resolve duplicates and support data cleanup
- prepare donor acknowledgments
- assist with gift processing, fund allocation, pledge tracking, and donation imports
- generate regular gift, donor, board, and campaign reports
- protect confidential donor information.
