Senior Estimator — Structural Steel

Clear estimates and coordination with Sales and Pre-Construction help the business assess project scope, pricing, and execution requirements.

What you'll do

• Review blueprints, specifications, and bid documents
• prepare material takeoffs and estimates for labor, materials, buyout items, and equipment
• enter estimates and takeoffs in the in-house program
• coordinate with Sales and Pre-Construction on scope and deadlines
• estimate change orders
• follow estimating guidelines and discuss alternatives when requested.
