Radiologic Technologist (Per Diem)

The Radiologic Technologist (Per Diem) role is onsite in Plymouth, MA. Compensation is $40–$55 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience. The technologist provides diagnostic information to help physicians diagnose and treat vascular patients. The role performs ordered radiologic examinations, captures and reviews images, and prepares preliminary findings to support physician decisions about patient care. It also supports safe, compliant imaging operations through equipment quality control, accurate documentation, and assistance in procedures as needed.

What you'll do

• Prepare exam rooms and equipment in accordance with infection-control, sterilization, and patient-safety protocols
• assess patients and perform physician-ordered diagnostic examinations
• use radiographic equipment for x-rays, including surgical and portable equipment
• ensure correct anatomical orientation and image identification
• use independent judgment to capture relevant conditions
• document examination limitations
• review images, synthesize results, and prepare preliminary findings
• assist as a scrub technician in procedures as needed
• perform equipment quality control and preventive maintenance
• support workflow prioritization and data collection
• comply with care standards, regulatory requirements, ARRT ethics, and HIPAA.

Why this role
