What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate summer mowing crew work, assign routes, monitor quality and safety, and train seasonal staff
• operate and train staff on grounds equipment
• mow, trim, edge, control weeds, and clean public areas
• inspect grounds and equipment
• perform year-round maintenance and basic repairs
• assist with field preparation, playground inspections, irrigation, landscaping, and planting
• support seasonal cleanup, winterization, snow removal, and ice control
• support programs and events
• maintain tools and equipment
• keep records
• respond professionally to public questions and concerns.
