What you'll do

• Lead nursing operations
• plan, organize, and evaluate nursing services and activities in compliance with regulations
• develop and update nursing policies and procedures
• oversee clinical quality, infection control, and survey readiness
• report nursing department activities to the Administrator
• coordinate nursing services with other departments
• maintain confidentiality under HIPAA
• determine staffing levels and assignments
• conduct rounds
• partner with Human Resources on evaluations and disciplinary practices
• supervise nursing leadership and support staff development.
