What you'll do

• Estimate heavy-duty truck and trailer mechanical jobs, including parts and labor
• order parts and process returns
• communicate with vendors about pricing and availability, mechanics about labor and time, and customers about estimated costs, lead times, and scheduling
• support customer service, service billing, and safety programs.
