Guest Service Representative

What you'll do

• Greet guests and support check-in

• process payments and maintain transaction records
• resolve guest concerns
• coordinate with other departments
• maintain the front desk
• assist with luggage and transportation arrangements as needed
• coordinate with housekeeping on room readiness
• follow safety and security procedures.
