Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Maintain facility buildings, equipment, and grounds
• perform and document preventive maintenance inspections and tests
• complete required inspections and records
• participate in the facility call schedule and handle emergency repair requests
• maintain equipment, building interiors and exteriors, grounds, and security systems
• conduct or support fire, sprinkler, and generator system checks
• report hazards and support safety drills
• coordinate supplies and maintenance-related expenses.
