What you'll do

• Manage and motivate a team of personal trainers
• guide trainers in delivering fitness coaching
• conduct fitness assessments and create personalized training programs
• monitor client progress and motivation
• manage new-member onboarding, sales, renewals, referrals, and retention
• collaborate with the General Manager on club operations.
