The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Full-Time role is onsite in Mansfield, OH. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Respond to emergent and non-emergent calls
• provide pre-hospital care including oxygen, CPR, stabilization, airway management, and other protocol-based therapies
• assess illness or injury and obtain medical history
• address patients’ physical and emotional needs
• communicate with dispatch by radio
• drive the ambulance and transport patients
• document illness and treatment en route
• check emergency equipment and replenish supplies
• maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Why this role

Requires completion of an approved EMT training program, valid Ohio EMT certification, current BLS and Ohio certification, a high school diploma or GED, continuing education, and a valid Ohio driver’s license. Experience is preferred; the role requires the ability to lift, push, and pull 125 pounds.
