The manager oversees day-to-day property operations across multiple sites, supporting regulatory compliance, resident service, and efficient operations for Project-Based Section 8, LIHTC/Section 42, and Rural Development programs. The role manages leasing and resident matters, property records, maintenance activity, staff, budgets, and reporting to help keep communities well-run and responsive to residents.

What you'll do

• Prepare properties and vacancies for showings and move-ins
• conduct unit showings and respond to prospects
• address resident concerns and maintenance requests
• process applications, recertifications, renewals, leases, and rent collection
• manage delinquency matters and resident records
• maintain vendor relationships and property files
• oversee maintenance activity and on-site staff
• support marketing, budgets, bank deposits, and required reports
• maintain knowledge of fair housing requirements and assigned property programs.
