What you'll do

• Respond to client service tickets, calls, and emails
• diagnose and resolve Level 1 issues
• provide onsite and remote support for computers and basic network issues
• escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or Tier 3
• assist with network connectivity and device setup
• install and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripherals
• perform updates, patching, antivirus monitoring, and preventive maintenance
• support backups
• and document tickets, time, inventory, installations, and replacements.
