Temporary Affordable Assistant Manager

The Temporary Affordable Assistant Manager works onsite at Plambeck Gardens in Tualatin, OR, for $23–$25 per hour. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. or similar, with 40 contracted hours weekly. The role supports day-to-day management of the 116-unit affordable apartment community; permanent placement may be possible.

What you'll do

• Assist with property marketing and maintaining property integrity
• screen prospective residents
• collect rents and serve notices
• develop reports and prepare agreements
• provide customer service to residents
• use Microsoft Office 365 and office equipment to maintain accurate, timely files
• run work-related errands when needed.
