What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair customer vehicles
• perform inspections, maintenance, and installations involving drivability, suspension, alignments, steering, climate control, brakes, electrical systems, engines, and transmissions
• plan workflow
• coordinate with the parts department
• complete assignments to pass inspections or test drives
• road-test vehicles
• identify additional work for service advisors
• assist advisors in explaining completed repairs
• meet productivity and quality goals.
