Seasonal Payroll Coordinator

The Seasonal Payroll Coordinator role is onsite in Ontario, CA. Pay is $19 per hour. The coordinator joins FullSteam’s corporate team and supports daily payroll operations. The role helps ensure employees are paid accurately and on time by assisting with weekly payroll processing, records, reporting, inquiries, and discrepancy resolution. It works closely with the Payroll Manager, staffing agencies, employees, and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Assist with reviewing and processing weekly payroll
• verify employee hours and payroll data
• process Payroll Action Requests
• generate payroll reports
• research discrepancies and respond to payroll questions
• perform administrative tasks and data entry
• communicate with agencies, employees, and internal teams
• maintain payroll records
• support the Payroll Manager and special projects.
