What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items on grill and fry stations according to recipes and standards
• ensure food is cooked to proper temperature and quality
• maintain a clean, organized work area
• follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• restock stations and assist with prep
• communicate with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
