Commercial Handyman

What you'll do

• Perform commercial handyman and carpentry tasks
• paint and patch drywall
• complete minor metal stud framing, door and hardware installation, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work
• communicate with facility managers and engineers
• organize and prioritize work
• follow through on project closeout with inspectors and subcontractors
• maintain records and progress reports
• keep equipment and work areas clean and safe.

Why this role
