What you'll do

• Prepare meals, desserts, and snacks according to the posted menu and special dietary needs
• serve palatable and presentable meals
• clean, organize, and sanitize the work area
• follow food-storage and hot/cold holding requirements and maintain documentation
• estimate and prepare food supplies for serving portions
• attend continuing education programs.
