What you'll do

• Provide telephonic assessments and treatment recommendations using national triage protocols
• recommend providers based on state law and network requirements
• educate callers on self-care
• communicate care plans to customer contacts or supervisors
• evaluate responses to first-aid recommendations
• document assessments and submit written reports
• obtain and maintain RN licensure in 50 states and the District of Columbia.
