The Manager, Power Distribution Programs role is onsite in Tulsa, OK. Compensation is $140,000–$160,000 per year plus bonus; restricted stock units are included in offers. Crusoe’s mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence by building AI infrastructure powered by energy. This working leader owns project management and portfolio delivery for the Switchboards and Switchgear sector. The role helps meet customer commitments while scaling the team and operating discipline across schedules, costs, production capacity, customer communication, and program performance.

What you'll do

• Own consolidated schedules and portfolio delivery for low-voltage switchboards, medium-voltage switchgear, MV PDC, and skid integration
• lead and develop project managers
• manage customer escalations and recovery plans
• partner on capacity and production planning
• set and manage program margin and cost targets
• govern submittal performance
• coordinate with Supply Chain, Sales, and Estimating
• standardize project processes
• own executive dashboards and schedule quality assurance.
