What you'll do

• Deliver Individual Resiliency Training interventions
• help individuals identify and achieve recovery goals
• teach coping, wellness, and illness self-management skills
• conduct assessments and individual therapeutic interventions
• provide psychoeducation on symptom management and relapse prevention
• provide case management and coordinate care
• participate in weekly CSC team meetings and treatment planning
• engage clients’ families and natural supports
• attend training and clinical supervision
• follow applicable evidence-based practice models and agency policies.
