The Dishwasher role is onsite in Ontario, CA, with compensation of $17–$18 per hour. Benihana’s kitchen team supports smooth culinary operations and an exceptional dining experience. This role keeps kitchenware, work areas, and equipment clean, organized, and sanitary so the back-of-house team can maintain service. It also supports basic food preparation and safe waste handling.

What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
• maintain clean and organized dishwashing, kitchen, and storage areas
• operate dishwashing machines and stock proper chemicals
• remove trash and recycling
• clean floors, drains, and workstations
• store kitchen tools and equipment
• assist with basic prep and food handling
• follow sanitation and safety requirements.
