What you'll do

• Advise business leaders on HR policies, employment law, and best practices
• manage employee relations, investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution
• coordinate onboarding, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, and offboarding
• administer HRIS and applicant tracking workflows
• support benefits and open enrollment
• develop HR reports and dashboards
• partner with payroll
• support engagement, retention, recognition, and talent development
• maintain confidential records and compliance
• improve HR technology and processes.

Why this role
