The role provides attentive infant care and supports daily routines and development in a safe, nurturing classroom. It contributes to individualized care by coordinating with lead teachers and staff and communicating children’s updates and milestones to families.

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on infant care
• support feeding, diapering, napping, and sensory play
• implement age-appropriate developmental activities
• communicate updates and milestones to parents and guardians
• maintain a clean, organized classroom
• collaborate on individualized infant care plans
• follow licensing, health, and safety regulations.
