The Front Desk Client Services Representative works onsite in Cincinnati, OH. Compensation is $20–$23 per hour. NorthStar Behavioral Health is a nonprofit behavioral healthcare agency serving Hamilton County and the Greater Cincinnati area, supporting clients’ recovery, healing, and access to care.

What you'll do

• Greet clients, visitors, and staff
• check clients in and out and verify appointments
• answer and direct calls
• schedule and manage appointments using EHR systems
• collect and update demographic and insurance information
• verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays or balances
• maintain confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and PHI requirements
• process intake paperwork
• maintain the reception area
• and support administrative and clinical staff.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of front desk, customer service, and medical-office experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM–2:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays.
