What you'll do

• Develop and maintain 2D and 3D BIM models
• create layouts and models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other platforms
• model concrete, masonry, structural elements, and related components
• update models as project documents change
• coordinate across trades
• identify conflicts and constructability issues
• participate in coordination meetings
• support quantity takeoffs, estimating, sequencing, and field applications
• maintain project documentation and model version control.
